The Mode combines the smooth carvability of continuous rocker with the pop of a wide board. Extra width throughout a board gives you amazing lift off the wake, but it can also make landings feel extra hard. We engineered this board to maintain boost off the wake but also make landings butter soft. A dual center spine runs the length of the board displacing twice the amount of water on landings. Variable rocker lines (V-Tech) eases edge-to-edge transitions and also help soften landings.

Supportive Wrap Design
Impact Strap – Tightening your lower laces engages the impact strap, pulling your foot down and back into the heel pocket keeping your foot comfortably in place.
Achilles Pads – CWB invented Achilles pads for increased fit comfort around the ankle. These fill the space under your ankles and up the back of your leg for more response and less heel lift.
Deep Heel Pocket – Deep, ergonomic heel pockets fit better around your heel bone to drastically reduce heel lift. Less heel lift means more control.

Infinity Plate System – This is the best fitting, lightest weight, strongest baseplate system on the market. CWB has all but eliminated baseplate lift by engineering strength and rigidity through the areas that transfer power and torque. The two sides of the plate are tied together through the arch of your foot for torsional stability and control.
